Storm season typically runs from June 1st to November 30th.

  • Ensure that your property is secured at least twelve hours prior to the approach of a tropical storm or hurricane.
  • Store all loose items in an enclosed area (in garage or behind closed shutters).

   Examples: potted and hanging plants

     pool furniture and accessories

     gas grills

     statuary and other outside decorations

  • Drive the post for security signs well into the ground.

Designate a home watch company or an individual to be responsible for checking the home to be certain that it is secure.  Use the Emergency Contact Form to provide this information and it will automatically be sent to Management to be included in the GEHOA database.

Clubhouse pool furniture as well as pool safety and decorative items will be placed in the restrooms and clubhouse by volunteers.

If Collier County orders a mandatory evacuation, evacuation is encouraged. Residents who choose not to evacuate are requested to sign a roster, found in the Clubhouse kitchen area, giving their names, address and phone numbers (cell and home) as well as out of area family contact information. A copy of this list will be given to our management company

These rules are based on Section 8.2 of the Bylaws.
