Clubhouse Rules


The following rules and regulations have been adopted and will be administered by the Homeowners Association. The Clubhouse rules are designed to protect the rights and privileges of the members, to protect Club property and to insure the mutual enjoyment of the Club by all members and guests.

MEMBER: A Glen Eden on the Lakes Homeowner, spouse and all unmarried children under 25 years of age living with their parents are entitled to all privileges of the Clubhouse and common grounds.

TENANT: An individual and/or spouse who resides at an owner’s unit under an approved lease agreement may use the common areas and facilities under rules established by the Homeowners Association, provided the owner waives his use in writing.

GUEST: An individual who is the guest of a member or tenant may use the Clubhouse facilities under the rules established by the Homeowners Association.

  1. Members, Tenants, and Guests shall at all times conduct themselves in an orderly fashion as ladies and gentlemen.
  2. Gambling is not permitted in the Clubhouse in accordance with State Liquor Regulations.
  3. Animals are not permitted in the Clubhouse or in the pool and pool area.
  4. Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
  5. The cost of replacing any Clubhouse property broken, damaged or removed by a member, tenant, guest or any member of their families shall be charged to the owner.
  6. Any member or tenant who conducts himself in an unbecoming manner or who shall knowingly violate a Clubhouse rule may have his/her privileges suspended by the Homeowners Association.
  7. The parking areas are marked in a manner, which permits maximum use with a minimum of inconvenience. Anyone who parks improperly will be warned. Repeated infractions will result in removal of offending vehicle at the owner’s expense.
  8. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the Clubhouse.
  9. The Clubhouse and rest rooms must be locked after use. Please check to see that lights and exercise equipment are turned off before locking doors.
  10. All persons using the Clubhouse must leave it clean and orderly.

Swimming Pool / Jacuzzi Rules

  1. No lifeguard on duty. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
  2. The clubhouse and pool are for residents and guests only.
  3. Hours are from dawn to dusk.
  4. An adult MUST accompany children under the age of fourteen years.
  5. For sanitation reasons, children not toilet trained must wear adequate protection.
  6. For health and safety reasons, YOUNG CHILDREN SHOULD NOT UTILIZE THE SPA.
  7. Game playing in the pool is not allowed.
  8. No objects, including rafts, balls, flippers or toys are allowed in pool.
  9. No running, shouting or rough play is permitted in or near pool grounds.
  10. Cover-up and footwear are required in clubhouse at all times. A TOWEL DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A COVER-UP.
  11. No cutoffs may be worn in the pool. BATHING SUITS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.
  12. Shower before entering pool or spa.
  13. A towel must protect lounge chairs at all times. Placing towel or belongings on them may not reserve lounge chairs.
  14. NO FOOD OR GLASSWARE allowed in pool area.
  15. No audio devices allowed in pool area unless equipped with headset or earphones.
  16. Wet floors cause accidents and pool chemicals damage floor coverings. Please dry off before entering clubhouse.
