As a Glen Eden homeowner, you must maintain an up-to-date Resident Directory with your information as well as an Emergency Contact so the Glen Eden BOD or emergency personnel will know who to contact if you are injured or if your property is damaged in your absence. This information is needed for a variety of situations when the homeowner cannot be reached (broken water pipe, pool problems, storm related problems, death, sickness, etc.). Of particular importance is your home watcher or local contact information, phone-cell and/or landline and email, who could act for you should an emergency happen on your property.
