Trash
Tuesdays and Fridays
Trash is picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays. Have your trash bin out to the curb by 6:00am. Trash collection is unlimited. If all trash does not fit in your cart, please place excess trash in heavy duty trash bags and set alongside your cart. Please be sure to leave enough room between your cart and trash bags to allow for automated collection of the cart.
Call Collier Utilities Customer Service, 239-252-2380, to request larger or smaller garbage can. You can also have damaged garbage cans or recycling bins replaced. The number is also good for reporting missed garbage pickups, speeding Waste Management trucks, and any destruction caused by the vendors on garbage pickup day.

Fridays
(White goods; i.e. appliances, furniture, etc.) – Pick up on Fridays only and items at the curb by 6:00AM
Make sure your carts are at the OPPOSITE side of your driveway than your mailbox to avoid damage to mailboxes during the collection of trash and recycling.
There will be no collection on the following three holidays:
- 4th of July
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
Collection will be next regularly scheduled day. There are no “make-up” days.
Yard waste can be picked up by our community lawn service, so have it ready on Wednesday’s when they’re here.
