ARC Application

The Architectural Review and Control (ARC) Committee is charged with preserving the beauty, quality, and value of our community. Homeowners are required to submit ARC APPLICATION (S) for work to be performed as outlined in the ARCHICTECTURAL REVIEW CRITERIA found on this website. This Criteria governs the requests that must be submitted, as well as modifications that are not permitted. Plans must be submitted to ARC in writing at least 30 DAYS BEFORE WORK IS SCHEDULED TO BEGIN.

ARC will make every effort Sturn these applications around as soon as possible. Approval will be given in writing. All plans and specifications shall be evaluated as to compatibility of external design and location in relation to surrounding structures and topography as specified in the Documents. If you are not sure if your plan needs approval, contact the ARC chairperson.
