PoolAndSpaResidents who choose to live in Glen Eden agree to abide by written Covenants, or Documents, that control the operation of our Association. The Covenants help maintain or enhance property values, and protect us from actions that would detract from the value, desirability and attractiveness of our community. The voting membership is made up of every property owner. Membership is a mandatory condition of property ownership. You – your neighbor – every Glen Eden property owner is a part of our Homeowners Association (HOA).

Our Homeowners’ Association is a Chapter 720 Florida Homeowners’ Association. By definition that means we are a not for profit corporation responsible for the operation of a community. Our Board of Directors is elected by the 97 homeowners of Glen Eden as stipulated by our Documents. The HOA provides for the continued maintenance and management of the common areas.That begins at the entry and continues with the common grounds, the landscaping, our lakes and fountains, the clubhouse, pool and spa area. All the homeowners are owners of the common areas. Our maintenance fees provide for running the community and maintaining all common area items. They also provide for the lawn care and shrub maintenance on YOUR lot!

ClubhouseYour Homeowners’ Association enthusiastically welcomes volunteers with some time (a little or a lot) to make a difference in our community. Perhaps you would like to join a committee, organize an event, welcome a new neighbor, or even run for office. If there is something you would like to see, it’s possible. Help make it happen! If you would like to become involved but don’t know precisely where you would “fit”, make that known to the Board and your talents will be welcomed and utilized. Involvement helps bind us together as a community as we grow and become your neighborhood! We look forward to hearing from you!
